Lauren is Corey's sweet, charismatic step mother who has been in his life for more than 20 years. She has the kind of humor that will make you laugh until you pee and she is just an amazing person. Most importantly, she is also the loving wife of Corey's late father, Michael and their kind of love is one that inspires Lexi and Corey to this day.

Daniele Mari Bananto

Partner of the Father of the Bride

Daniele has been a pillar of kindness and strength to Lexi and Corey since she and Arnold began dating over four years ago. She has been incredibly supportive throughout the death and grieving process of Lexi’s brother Zach (and Shadow) and she has also been very helpful with wedding planning. She has been a blessing to both Lexi and her dad’s lives (and her awesome kids and grandkids too!).

Annette Winn

The jury is still out whether Annette is Lexi's aunt, twin, best friend, confidante, or sister. As far as Lexi is concerned, she is all of the above, and more. She was there at the hospital when Lexi was born, and is a huge part of Lexi's life today. Despite how sweet, loving, funny, and kind she is, she has surprisingly never been in a wedding party before. For all of these reasons, this is why it was an easy decision when selecting who would walk baby Gracie down the aisle to hand off Lexi and Corey's wedding rings to them.

Samantha is Lexi's cousin and was her very first friend, born only 7 months after Lexi. Despite going to different schools and living in different states more than half of their lives, they remain incredibly close. Sam is always down to have a good time and also someone Lexi likes to go to for advice. Though Lexi doesn't get to see her often since she resides in Kansas City with her husband Gabriel and their 1 year old son Owen, Lexi appreciates every moment they get to spend together. It was a very easy decision when picking Sam to be one of her matrons of honor.

Stephanie Ann Bowman

Steph and Lexi are cousins but have been friends practically since Steph came out of her mother's womb (her mom and Lexi's dad are brother and sister). They grew up together playing at their grandparents house and despite going to different schools their entire lives, have remained incredibly close. Steph has always been a very close confidant of Lexi's and one of the best people to talk to about anything and everything. She is the most thoughtful, responsible, caring woman, and now wife. Through thick and thin, she has been there for Lexi all their lives and Lexi couldn't be more honored to have her stand by her side as one of her matrons of honor the day she weds Corey.

Alana and Lexi met when they were 3 through their moms and although Alana thought Lexi was a boy at first and bullied her a bit, they eventually became inseparable buddies and despite going to different schools and living in different cities almost their entire lives, they remain incredibly close. Alana is Lexi’s go-to for all things style, fashion, beauty etc and she is quite the activist. Oh and a wonderful mama to Sawyer Jackson, her 9 year old mini-me.

Brye Nicole Marth

Brye and Lexi lived together in the dorms freshman year at Salisbury University. They hit it off instantly and despite living in different cities since college, have remained close. They bond over their cat stories, as Brye has two fur babies of her own, and they always have a great time when they're together.

Emily Elizabeth DiRisio

Lexi and Emily met in Jan 2016 over facetime when Jamie introduced them and decided they would be a good fit to move into together in Feb 2016 in LA. Their year of living together did not go without its challenges (two leos living together after all...), but they had in instant connection and find themselves to be more like soul sisters than friends. Though they are separated by thousands of miles, Lexi appreciates every phone call and trip out to visit and always has the best time with her Emmie.

Jamie Sugar Bloom Thompson

Jamie and Lexi became best friends in the 7th grade after quickly realizing they were the two worst dancers in their class. They started their dynamic singing duo "B&F", and although their names are changing, their bond never has. Despite going to different colleges and living across the country from one another for many years, they have and will always remain BFF's.

Jocelyn Graham Papciak

Jocelyn and Lexi met through Jamie in Vegas for one of Jamie's birthday celebrations back in 2015. Once Lexi moved to LA in 2016, she and Joc became good friends and eventually even became roommates for a few months in 2018. Lexi and Joc are known to have very long talks about podcasts and life in general and both have helped each other grow immensely over the years. Joc is one of Lexi's top hype women and has been supportive of Lexi's relationship with Corey since day one.

Lindsey Nicole Bardarik

Lexi and Lindsey met through a mutual college friend who linked them together when Lindsey moved to LA back in 2016. They immediately connected on their first dinner date and have been close ever since. Whether it was going to the beach, venting about life, or dancing at EDM shows, Lexi can always count on Lindsey for a listening ear and a rave buddy for life.

Melissa Gayle Cohen

When Lexi met Melissa on the "uncool" bus to Sudbrook Magnet Middle in 7th grade (Mel was in 6th), they hit it off instantly. From singing Eminem songs at the top of their lungs, to college visits and watching Twilight, to embarking on various life challenges and tragedies together, they have been through it all. Melissa has and always will be Lexi's little sister through thick and thin and will always be her forever sounding board.

Summer Lynn Timmer

Summer and Lexi met the first week of freshman year at salisbury university where they immediately became friends. Summer is an incredibly kind and thoughtful warrior mama of 3. She keeps her home open to Lexi and countless other visitors in sunny Florida with her husband Daniel. Despite being 1000 miles away, she and Lexi’s bond remains strong. She’s also been one of Lexi’s number one hype women throughout the wedding planning process.

Chloe "Maow Maow" Plotkin

Adopted in March 2020 as a Covid kitty, Maow Maow has become a light in Lexi and Corey's lives, constantly getting in the cutest, cuddliest positions to make Lexi late for work, and the ultimate, squishy cuddle buddy.

Joe "Bing Bing" Plotkin

Bing Bing, Maow Maow's brother, was also adopted March 2020 at the start of Covid and is the best little guy. He is rather timid and always looked like a pissed boy, but he just has RBF. You can always find him laying on or near a cat toy, or bringing you one in the hopes you might play play with him.

Grandparents of the Bride

From birth until now, Lexi's grandparents have been an enormous support system to Lexi. Her grandfather is always up for trips to get ice cream and to this day, she hasn't been able to beat her grandmother in scrabble (or any game really). Though they moved to sunny Florida years ago, Lexi is always thinking of them and enjoys visits to see them immensely.

Lexi has wonderful memories of spending all the Jewish holidays with her grandfather, and late grandmother Iris (Nanny), in Baltimore since she was a little girl. He always led all of the Jewish services and prayers for each holiday and his faith is unwavering which has always been an inspiration to Lexi. He loves baseball, cards, and staying active at the senior center. He was a devoted husband to Iris, who we all miss dearly, but know she is in a better place today.
