When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love if you could RSVP no later than June 27th.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:50PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail attire please. (Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and casual and elegant and comfortable. To an event with this dress code, such as a wedding, men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a cocktail dress.)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our venue is a very intimate space, so our guest list is quite limited. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Therefore, this will be a kid-free evening.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at the hotel next door (where we are staying), Canopy by Hilton. Please click the "travel" tab above for the link to reserve a room at the group rate. Additional nearby hotels include: Tru by Hilton Baltimore Harbor East, Admiral Fell Inn Baltimore Harbor, The Inn at Henderson's Wharf

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please email Sheri the wedding planner, sheri@sherigevents.com to make any special requests or alert us of any dietary restrictions you may have. Of note, we will have a vegan dish available upon request.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking includes a lot directly next to the venue, per hour parking via app or at the digital parking meters on street. There is another parking lot and a garage caddy corner to the venue. There is also parking at the hotel, by the hour, overnight, or valet if you prefer.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no need for transportation, as the ceremony will be held at the same venue as the reception, all of which is located directly next to the hotel (a two minute walk in total)

Question

I'm worried about COVID...

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. So if you do not feel comfortable being indoors in large groups due to COVID, you are welcome to attend the outdoor part of the evening and enjoy hors d'oeuvres until the reception begins. We will send an email out if anything changes.
