Orlando MCO

New Smyrna is about 45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). We recommend flying in and out of there and renting a car. There's also a smaller airport in Sanford, FL, and an even smaller regional airport in Daytona Beach (~20 minutes from New Smyrna). Do whatever works best for you!

Oceania Beach Club

We have reserved a room block at Oceania Beach Condos for Sunday, April 18th. All condos come with a full kitchen, living and dining rooms, and two bedrooms. Price: Our group rate is $269-299 (includes taxes and fees). This is a discounted rate, so make sure to say you're with the Price and Frick wedding when reserving a room. They can also accommodate longer stays at the group rate. How to Reserve: To get the discount, call the office at 386-423-8400 and say you're part of the Price and Frick wedding. They will ask for a credit card and put one night down as a deposit. You can also ask for particular bedroom setups (if you want all queens or a bedroom with singles), or if you wish to stay for more than one night. When to Book: You can call anytime after Monday, November 30th to reserve. Should Plans Change: You can cancel up to 14 days before your reservation for an $89 cancellation fee.
