What is the venue like?
Answer
Lake Erie Building (also known as the Screw Factory) is an industrial indoor venue. Our reception will be on the second floor in the Lake Erie Room. You'll enter from the parking lot through a private entrance (there will be signage) and will climb some stairs to get to our space. A service elevator is also available for guests to use.

Where can I park?
Answer
There's ample free parking at the venue (up to 90 spots in the lot). You can also park overnight in the venue's lot. Overflow parking will be at Madison Park across the street from the venue. This is not overnight parking. Rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also available in Lakewood.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We’ll be having an adults-only celebration with the exception of our niece and nephews and first cousins who are minors. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your kids with a sitter so you can celebrate with us. We understand if you can't attend because of our no-kids policy.

Am I invited to the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We’re having an intimate ceremony with immediate family only (parents, grandparents, siblings, niece and nephews). We'll welcome all other guests starting at 3:30 p.m. for our reception.

What should I wear?
Answer
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding reception! But if you'd like more direction than that, we'd suggest dressy casual or semi-formal attire. Don't forget comfortable shoes for dancing! ;)

Does your wedding have a theme?
Answer
We’re going for 1960s aesthetic vibes. You certainly don’t have to come in ‘60s garb, but if you feel inspired, please do! Our colors are burnt orange, rust, goldenrod and avocado green.

What can I expect at the reception?

FUN! In more words... - A cocktail hour with an OPEN BAR and appetizers! - Dinner (City Barbeque is our caterer) and a dessert table! - Dancing! - A game area! - A Polaroid photo booth! - Chatting with family and friends!

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Answer
Yes, we've booked a hotel room block at Wyndham Cleveland Airport at 4277 W 150th St, Cleveland. Please see the "Travel" page of our website for more information. There are limited rooms available, so please book with the hotel as soon as possible. There are also several other hotels in the area as well as Airbnb options.

Can I show up without RSVPing?
Answer
Please don’t! We need to know exact numbers of who’ll be attending so we can plan for food, drinks, and seating. If you don’t RSVP and arrive at our reception, there probably won’t be a seat for you. Please RSVP by August 19. Thank you!

Are you changing your last name?
Answer
Chelsea is planning on changing her last name to Fox. But we don’t know how soon after the wedding that will happen. We don’t yet have a shared bank account, so if you wish to gift us a check, please write it out to either “Tim Fox” or “Chelsea Frey.”
