UBUD ART MARKET
The coolest street market in Bali! You can find the most incredible keepsakes, vacation clothing, beautifully handmade handbags, and all things art! We went here 3 days in a row, because we just couldn't get enough! Highly highly recommend the famous Bali wrap & tie pants! You cannot leave Bali without a pair of these or a handmade woven handbag! Definitely recommend going in the morning before the afternoon heat really hits, because it gets really hot and humid in Ubud. There are plenty of cafe's nearby to have brunch, drinks, or to grab a smoothie to cool down :)
Real Bali Swing - ubud
Here it is! The famous Bali Swing to make all of your Instagram dreams come true! Tom and I had a blast swinging around on this thing and all of the guys working there are hilarious and pretty talented when it comes to capturing your perfect photographs! My favorite was the birds nest! The photographs came out beautifully, but this is another activity that I would recommend doing in the morning before the humidity really hits the peak of the day.
Tibumana Waterfall - ubud
The Tibumana Waterfall was a beautiful sight and a nice pitstop on our full day of exploring Ubud. Our private driver parked the car in the parking lot and we made our way down a short trail to the waterfall in the jungle below. The trail was lined with some of the most beautiful exotic flowers and leaves and the birds were singing loud as could be. We got really excited when we heard the roar of the waterfall and the forest just opened up to this beautiful sight! There were other tourists swimming in the water, so we just picked a spot to put our things and jumped in! It was such a fun little addition to our trip!
Jalan Monkey Forest - Ubud
Wow! What an experience this was! The Ubud Monkey Forest is a really special place to visit if you want to come face to face with the wild monkeys of Bali and get some good laughs out of watching your friends or family in panic sitting next to a monkey haha highly recommend this fun experience!
Tirta Empul Temple - UBUD
The Tirta Empul Temple in Ubud is a wonder to see. Tirta Empul means "holy water spring" which is referencing the water source at the center of the temple. Here you will see people praying in the holy water and practicing their purification bathing ritual. As with any temple in Bali, please make sure to bring modest clothing to cover your legs and shoulders. This temple provided us with traditional wrap skirts to wear for the men and women. Our privater guide/driver for the day was a huge help in guiding us through this experience.
Mozaic - Best Restaurant in Ubud
If you're trying to find the best restaurant in Ubud, the award-winning Mozaic is the perfect destination for our guests that are looking to treat themselves to the closest thing to Michelin Star Quality you can find in an Ubud restaurant. Tom and I couldn't recommend Mosaic more! The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was beautifully tropical, and the food was memorable! And what's the best part? It's incredibly affordable!
COMO Uma Ubud
Tom and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Ubud and I cannot even explain to you what an incredible experience we had staying at the Como Uma Ubud. Upon arrival the staff was pampering us with cold towels and welcome drinks! We chose the Garden Pool Villa which had the most glamorous bathtub, a private pool right outside of our bedroom, and a stunning outdoor shower! Every morning we would walk down to the restaurant for breakfast which was included in the stay. They offered a buffet of the freshest fruits, smoothies, and pastries and on top of that you also get to choose a dish off of the breakfast menu that is made fresh to order. And let us tell you, the food was a knockout! We truly cannot recommend this place any more if you are looking for a truly luxurious experience!

This is a place of pure paradise! If you're in Bali, then you have to indulge in the luxury spa experiences! Tom and I enjoyed a lovely hour long couples massage and couples facials, and we left glowing! Let's talk beach clubs! Bali is known for its' amazing beaches and especially for the parties you can find at the all the clubs along them. Finn's Beach Club is definitely the most popular place, but get ready to spend some serious cash to have a spot by the pool at this place! If you're looking for a Vegas Vibe Beach Party, then this place is for you!
The Lawn - Beach Club
The Lawn has to be one of my favorite places on earth! It is the perfect place for day drinking, relaxing by the pool right on the beach, and has the best food around! I cannot recommend this place more!
Penny Lane - Bar & Restaurant
Officially the place to see and be seen right now! Jaw-dropping architecture, insanely swish vibes and a delish tapas and cocktail menu – this is one for the hitlist. With its breezy interiors dripping in alternative art, indoor palms and vintage chandeliers, it’s no surprise that Canggu’s finest flock here on the daily to feast on nibbly plates to share, supercharged schnitzels, big burgers and loaded fries. A true dream!
Fishbone Local - Restaurant
Fishbone Local is our favorite restaurant in Canggu! It's arguably the hottest name on Bali’s wining, dining and cocktailing scene, Fishbone Local has been giving Canggu’s best restaurants a run for their money since day one of opening. With fresh-from-the-net sustainable fish dishes within breezy, industrial-chic interiors, Fishbone is a solid fave of ours. Come for the pan-seared barramundi with spicy sambal matah, stay for the Cup of Joe cocktail!
The Slow - Luxe Boutique Hotel
You’ll love it because… The Slow is all about laid-back island living, just a few lazy steps away from Batu Bolong’s crashing surf and black sand beach. Achingly hip with a rebellious, rock ‘n’ roll soul, The Slow is an immersive, multifaceted boutique island stay that’s full of art, culture and Californian touches. It’s home to just 12 gorgeous suites – some with their own plunge pools – as well as a botanical restaurant and bar, a rooftop space for sunset cocktails, as well as an art hub and a chic interactive retail spot. I cannot even explain to you how incredibly personalized the service was when we stayed here! The staff knew us by name and made every minute perfect! The hotel had a great bar that was buzzing every night, a beautiful art gallery, and the rooms are above and beyond gorgeous! Could not recommend this place more!

This is the perfect place for people to stay close to our venue, close to the beach, and for people who love island vibes! This place has chic rooms with stunning views, your own sexy outdoor showers, and the villas come with your own private pool. & All of this for a super reasonable price!
