As much as we love your little ones, we kindly request a child-free celebration. We understand this may be tricky for some families, and if it means you’re unable to join us, we completely understand. If you'd prefer to attend just the ceremony and reception so you can head home to your little ones sooner, please only RSVP for the events you're able to attend. We have Luxury Bell Tents (Gold, Silver, and Bronze packages through Bell Tent Co) and free BYO camping areas. We would love for everyone to join us in Tent City with one of the above (or bring a tent for free and join this areas outskirts), or bring a camper trailer and park on site. We also have extremely limited dorms available - however, these will be reserved first for those that can't camp (etc for medical reasons).

If you’re staying in a dorm, yes — please bring your own bedding, bath towels, toiletries, and pillows. With Bell Tents, what you need to bring depends on the package you book — there’s an option to suit everyone. (Details in Accommodation tab)
Yes! You’re welcome to BYO camping gear and set up in the free camping areas.
There are plenty of lovely Airbnb options in the surrounding areas. We especially recommend looking in Blackbutt and Crows Nest, as they’re the closest. If you’d prefer a hotel-style stay, Toowoomba is about a 1-hour drive from the venue and offers a range of hotel options.
We recommend BYO drinks and food for: ▪️ Saturday afternoon drinks ▪️ Saturday night dinner (some food will be provided, but you may wish to prepare something heartier — there’ll be BBQ and kitchen facilities on-site to use) ▪️ Sunday morning brekkie/lunch ▪️ If you’d like to enjoy drinks before the bars open at 12pm on Sunday The following meals and drinks will be provided: ▪️ Snacks and some drinks on Saturday afternoon/evening ▪️ Bars from 12pm Sunday ▪️ Snacks from 3pm Sunday ▪️ Dinner Sunday evening ▪️ Recovery brekkie Monday morning
Yes! We’ll have a range of food vendors who will cater for all major dietary needs. If you have something specific you’d like us to know about, please let us know via your RSVP.
📍 September at Mount Binga typically brings mild to warm days and cool nights: - Daytime highs average around 25 °C, occasionally reaching up to 30 °C. - Evenings and early mornings cool down to about 8 °C, so nights can feel quite brisk! What to pack & wear: Daytime: - Light layers for comfort during warmer hours. - Comfortable shoes for wandering around the grounds. Evening/Night: - Even if the day has been warm, it cools significantly after sunset. We definitely recommend an outfit change for the nighttime, including closed-in shoes. - There will be heaters and fire pits scattered around, so you’ll likely stay nice and toasty — but we still suggest bringing a slightly heavier blanket or doona if you’re camping or glamping.
YES! There will be a very large area for everyone to park their cars within close proximity to accommodation and event spaces.
