Welcome to WedFest! We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome you on Saturday afternoon for some relaxed drinks and nibbles. It’s really important to us that we get to spend quality time with each and every one of you over our big weekend, so we invite you to arrive from 12pm to check in to your accommodation and enjoy a casual pre-game mingle. From midday on Saturday, there’ll be a variety of social games happening across the site, with a full map of all the sideshows to be shared before the weekend. We’ll have a small selection of drinks and snacks on offer throughout the afternoon and evening. We do, however, encourage you to BYO your preferred drinks, and make use of the on-site kitchens to prepare dinner for yourself and/or family or friends — there are plenty of BBQs, ovens and stovetops available. This afternoon is the perfect chance to arrive, get settled into your accommodation, and then wander out at your own pace to meet the other wedding guests.
