Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

🌿The ceremony will be held outdoors, right next to the venue, with beautiful views of the woods, ponds, and fountain. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to help ensure the ceremony begins smoothly and on time.

Cocktail Hour

4:30 pm - 5:45 pm

🍸 Authentic Vietnamese light bites and cocktails will be served during cocktail hour held at the porch. 📸 Golden Hour Photo Session We will be taking family and couple photos during golden hour, when the lighting is soft and beautiful. 🕯️After the ceremony, feel free to mingle, relax, take photos, or freshen up before the celebration continues. A cozy lounge upstairs will be available for guests to rest, change, or simply unwind. Make yourselves at home while we get ready for the next part of the evening!

Reception

5:45 pm - 10:00 pm

🪑 Seating will be assigned based on your RSVP count, so we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. 🍽️ A plated dinner will be served. Please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions or if kid meals are needed. 🍷 Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, with a cash bar available for liquor.

After Party

10:00 pm - 11:00 pm

🎉 We’ll keep the energy going with a full dance floor takeover; music up, lights low, and vibes high. Think nonstop dancing, great playlists, and a fun, relaxed atmosphere to celebrate into the night. 🤍 We know some of you may not be able to stay long, but if we haven’t had the chance to catch up in a while, we’d love for you to stay a little longer with us. We cherish every moment with our favorite people, and you're one of them. As the night winds down, it’ll be just us and our closest friends and family...sharing genuine conversations, laughter, and candid memories we'll treasure for years to come.
