The hotel is honoring an early 3pm check in for our guests on Friday, just mention you’re with us! The room block has filled up and they are not extending it for us, so you may have to call for a room! We will have two school buses to transport guests to and from this hotel. The buses will arrive to the hotel at 3:15pm to start boarding, then will depart the hotel at 3:30pm to drop guests off to the venue. At the end of the reception, the buses will take everyone back to the hotel!
