Doors to the venue open to guests at 10:30 AM. You are welcome to mingle and find your seat before the ceremony starts at 11 AM.
There is a large parking lot that is available for self park with no parking fee. There should be signs guiding you to our ceremony! Please do NOT park in the parking lot across the street from the venue. You will get towed.
Historically, weather in Santa Ana on this date ranges from low to mid 60s during the day. We recommend bringing a coat to keep you warm as our venue is covered but is open to the air. There will be heaters and blankets available to ensure that all guests are comfortable. Chance of rain is historically 16%.
For the duration of the 30 minute ceremony, we'd rather you be in the moment and celebrating with us. As we come down the aisle, we'd like to see your smiling faces instead of the backs of your phones. Somehow, I'm sure your followers will understand. For the remainder of the wedding (the cocktail party and the reception), please take as many pictures and videos as you like!!!
The bride and groom love kids and firmly believe that often, they can be the life of the party. If you are willing to supervise and care for your kids during the wedding, you are more than welcome to bring them! Kids under 4 can come without being specifically named in the invitation. If your child is 4+ and not on your invitation, please contact the bride so that she can adjust your RSVP to reflect the correct number of guests.
The wedding ends at 3:30 PM. We will have a little afterparty at Oggi's in Garden Grove. Everyone is invited! There will be light bites provided!
For your safety, we recommend that all guests take necessary precautions such as getting all available vaccinations/boosters. Our venue is partial outdoor, so hopefully this will lower likelihood of spread. The Hacienda will enforce the Orange County mask mandate or lack thereof, so please check these prior to the event and plan accordingly. If you have COVID symptoms and/or have a known exposure prior to the event, please get tested, and if it’s positive, we expect you to stay at home. If you are immunocompromised/vulnerable or would be putting a vulnerable population at risk by attending, please wear a mask.
