It was a blustery fall day: both Amanda and Rob found themselves wandering around a lonely Tucson bookstore. As fate would have it, as if transfixed, they both reached for the same book at the same time. Their hands grazed and their eyes met...In that moment, they both knew that they met their soulmate. Just kidding, we met online. But trust us, it was just as romantic. On our first date (10/17/2018), we bonded over tacos, argued about the definition of "ironic", discussed several ridiculous business ideas, and slowly, over many more hikes, movies, and dates around the desert, we fell deeply in love. Since then, together we have visited over 10 National Parks, survived a pandemic, moved several times, and just always have the most fun in each others' company. One March morning, Rob brought Amanda breakfast in bed and asked her a question: "would you also like oatmeal?" After Amanda exclaimed an enthusiastic "yes!", Rob made her oatmeal, and then proposed. Amanda was delighted and surprised and the two are incredibly excited to finally be husband and wife.
