Mountain Formal Attire
Answer
Think formal midi (past the knee) or long dresses, chic suit or romper for the ladies and button down, dress slacks, suit jacket for the men. No jeans, please* Late summer in Colorado is beautiful with all of the wildflowers. Color is encouraged and ladies, if you plan on wearing heels, consider a block heel for more comfort and ease. The venue is surrounded by gravel, sand, and mountain landscape. In addition to color, Hats, Cowboy boots, Bolo Ties, tie or no tie are all welcome. Bring on your personal flair.

are children allowed?

As much as we love your children, the wedding and reception is an adult-only event. Note | Children are allowed at the welcome party event, Friday and lake day on Sunday. See schedule tab for more information. If you need childcare resources for the Vail/Avon areas, please reach out to Ashley and Clayton.

RSVP Deadline
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1st 2025! Please fill out all requested information on the RSVP form under the 'RSVP' tab. Note | If your invitation states "plus one" or "and guest" please fill out their information in the form. Due to venue size restrictions, we cannot accept additional plus one's at this time, unless noted on your invitation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ashley and Clayton. We appreciate your understanding on this!

Is there transportation provided for the wedding?
Answer
YES! We have arranged a shuttle service for all guests to utilize. Shuttle pick ups will be assigned to each hotel listed on our travel page. If you plan to stay elsewhere, please make plans accordingly to make it to either Hotel location for shuttle pick up. Shuttles will drive all guests to and from the wedding. They will be on-site all evening, so you are guaranteed a ride back into town. The road to Piney is a very bumpy, forest service road. It is also dark at night, so we HIGHLY suggest utilizing the shuttles for safety purposes. Thank you!

Please let us know if there are any special food requests not covered in the RSVP form. The venue has in-house catering and can adhere to your dietary needs.
