Question

Can my children come to the reception?

Answer

While we love little ones, we kindly request that our wedding reception be an adults-only affair. Adults that arrive at the wedding reception with children will be turned away.

Can I invite a friend?

Answer

Due to space limitations only those specifically invited and listed on the RSVP card can attend. If you have an interest in bringing a plus one let us know, if space becomes available to allow a plus-one we will contact you and will send a registration email to your guest.

Is the reception hall accessible?

Answer

Yes, the reception hall is accessible with no steps. If meal assistance is required please private message us.

Is the ceremony space accessible?

Answer

Yes, however transfer from a wheelchair to a chair may be required to keep the aisle clear. Wheelchair bound participants may remain in their wheelchairs in reserved handicap seating area.

Can I post your wedding pictures on social media?

Answer

We are asking all guest to refrain from posting pictures until the bride and groom can post on their own social media sites first. We will let invited guest know when they may post on social media.

Can I take pictures during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged and guests are kindly asked to refrain from using cell phones. However, before the recessional everyone will have an opportunity to take pictures.

I am unable to attend due to health reasons can I see the wedding?

Answer

For those unable to attend a private link will be sent to watch the live stream of the wedding ceremony. The reception will not be live streamed.

When can I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The doors of the church will open at 1pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm. Tarty guests will need to wait in the lobby. The ushers/hostesses will allow seating during breaks in the program.

Do I need an ID to consume alcohol during the reception?

Answer

Yes, in most venues, including at a wedding, you generally need a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages. This is a legal requirement in many places to ensure that only adults are consuming alcohol and to prevent underage drinking.

Can I smoke at the venue?

Answer

No smoking is allowed on the premises of ceremony and reception venues.

Are children allowed at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes, children may attend the ceremony, however parents of children making excessive noise will be asked to leave the ceremony and wait in the lobby until the child has calmed down. The ushers will let you back in during a break in program. (Note: The reception is adult’s only.)

Is the wedding in one location?

Answer

No, the wedding ceremony is taking place at church and the reception will be at a reception hall, approximately 15 mins away.

Can I take food or beverage outside of the venue?

Answer

No, all food and beverages must be consumed within the venue.

What if I have a change in circumstance and am no longer able to attend the reception?

Answer

Please contact us as soon as aware so we can let our caterer know and update our check-in list with the reception hall. Log into the wedding website and change the RSVP response to decline and contact us directly.
