Although we love kids, this is an adult only party with the exception of those in the wedding party.

Directions to the venue:

Directions from Route 64: Take exit 121 Scottsville/Charlottesville --> Head toward Scottsville (left off exit) onto Route 20 South (travel approx. 16 miles). --> Take a left onto James River Road (Route 726). --> Arrive at a stop sign and take a left onto Blenheim Road (travel approx. 2-3 miles). --> The sign for Mount Ida Farm and Vineyard will be to your right. --> Cross through the iron gates and take an immediate left. Follow road to Event Barn.

What it wear:

It is FORMAL. To get an idea of what to wear, first consider the season is Fall. Then, Ladies, think below the knee to floor length dresses, or even a nice jumpsuit, and gentleman, dust off those suits! (ties are optional)

Is there an open bar?

Yes, there will be beer, wine, and signature cocktails.

Will there be transportation from the hotels?

Answer

There will be a bus to transport people to/from the venue at the Holiday Inn (1200 5th Street Ext. Charlottesville, VA 22902). The bus will be leaving at 2:30.

What happens if we need to leave our cars over night at the venue?

Answer

If need to leave your car, you can pick it up the next day between 9:30-12:30. You are all extremely important to us so please do not drive if you are drinking or do not feel safe. Carpool if you must!
