We want you to wear whatever makes you happy and comfortable, but ask that you try to stay within the realm of semi-formal (dresses and suits/shirt and tie) if possible :) The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, while the reception will be inside, and since we will be in the mountains in September, it can get a bit chilly as the sun sets, so please be prepared for a warm day that turns into a cold night!
We would love to have all of our friends' and families' children at our wedding, but due to our venue's limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate for all children. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about this!
There will be 50 parking spots available to our guests on site, but if you plan on drinking, we prefer you not to drive to ensure your safety. We are looking into getting a shuttle if we find that a majority of our guests are staying at the same hotel. You may also want to look into booking a ride through Explore Estes Rideshare, a small taxi service in Estes Park that runs from 8A- 1A Friday and Saturday. You can use this 10% off PROMO CODE: "EPCBCI" when booking. Ubers and Lyfts may be available, but can be unreliable.
For those of you that are flying, we recommend renting a car and driving to Estes Park, which is about 90 minutes from DIA. If you prefer not to drive, you can also book a shuttle from DIA to Estes Park using Estes Park Shuttle at https://estesparkshuttle.com. These shuttles run from 7AM-7PM and the cost is $85 for one way and $155 for round trip (per person).
As most of you are going to be traveling from out of state, I know it can be overwhelming to plan for a destination wedding! We want this weekend to be about you as well and want you all to have the best time. We go to Estes Park frequently and know the area well and are more than happy to give recommendations for things to do in the area and our favorite restaurants! Please don't hesitate to reach out to me or Tyler with any questions or concerns!
