Consider this our soft welcome party. If those are in town the night before, come share some drinks and laughs. Sean and Kristi will be hanging out in the Port the night before the wedding. This the hotel's speakeasy type restaurant and bar that is in the basement. This space can be found by taking the elevator behind the check-in desk down one level, or take the stairs at the check-in desk down. Drinks and food can be purchased in this space.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Attire Suggestions: Think cocktail dresses, little black dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets with slacks. Dress to impress—but no need to overthink it. Just aim for that sweet spot between classy and comfortable.
The Historical Area of the hotel—where the ceremony will take place— This can be found by walking to the check-in desk, head towards the elevators and take a right. This space is actually the site of the original hotel lobby. The counter near the ceremony space once welcomed guests checking in (yep, that cash box is the original!). Just steps away, you’ll find the library area, adding a cozy, old-world charm to the setting. Feel free to hang in here before the ceremony starts.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
The Portside is our party HQ, tucked in the basement of the hotel. You can take the stairs near the check-in desk if you’re feeling ambitious—or ride the elevator like a VIP. We’ll kick things off with cocktail hour before dinner, so grab a drink in the lower level, mingle, and explore the space. Think exposed brick walls, a massive old safe door that looks like it’s straight out of a mystery novel (that may involve some searching around) and don't miss the decorative arch way for your next profile pic opportunity.

The Laurentine Room is located near the hotel's restaurant, Scarlet Kitchen & Bar. When standing at the reception desk, walk to the left and continue staying on the left side and you can't miss it.
The couple will provide a light breakfast for all guests and for a chance to say some sweet good byes.
