MEET THE STARTING LINE UP...

Peter Lee

Best Man

Brother from another mother

Erin Chung

Matron of Honor

Childhood, French, Harry Potter I've known Erin since birth. Growing up, we shared many memories from playing house at each other's houses, taking ballet, eating taco bell with tabasco (and later regretting it), playing dream phone, having crushes on boys, learning the French language, trying to survive college, traveling together, finding careers, facing loss as well as joy, and finding love. We've been through the good and the bad, and 31 years later, here we are. One of the fondest memories I have with her is our love for all things Harry Potter, which included Harry Potter midnight movie showings and book releases (back when those were a real thing). She's someone that's been with me since day one and I'm so thankful that this best friend of mine will be by my side on this special day.

Raymond Kim

Groomsman

A shoulder to lean on during the good, and the bad

Sarah Kwon

Bridesmaid

Biology, Selfies, Switchfoot It all started in a ninth grade biology classroom and a box of wheat thins. This friendship was definitely orchestrated by God, because who knew a simple box of square shaped crackers could grow into something so special. One moment I will never forget with Sarah was a Switchfoot concert in Vegas. I was stuck on a plane waiting to take off, Sarah was in Vegas waiting for me, but the concert got cancelled due to weather. So what do we do? We meet in Vegas, decide to catch an earlier flight back to LA, buy some concert tickets for the LA show at the airport, and make our way to The Greek Theater after landing. Sarah is someone who is down for pretty much anything (as long as it was legal, haha), and I'm so thankful she was down to stand by me as I say I do.

Andy Chung

Groomsman

Always patient and putting people first

Michelle Rizzi

Bridesmaid

Haiti, Kpop, Yaris I knew Michelle while growing up at church and she seemed quite intimidating because she had a RBF (hehe) and was more in the age group as my brother. But that all changed the summer of 2010 in Haiti. From then on, she was my friend who was like a sister to me. Someone who loved Christ thus loved the people around her. We shared so many laughs, heartfelt conversations, and silly moments. Our similar interests (which included kpop at one moment) and shared struggles built and strengthened our friendship. I will never forget our drive up to San Francisco in our lovely Yaris car rental. Let's just say, it was one of those moments that stay between two friends. As I get ready to say I do, I'm so thankful that Michelle will be there to share in another memorable moment.

Peter Suh

Groomsman

The pickiest man I know, but the most down to earth human being

Janice Lee

Bridesmaid

FPC, Mentos, Yosemite Honestly, I don't remember when I first met Janice, but boy am I glad I did. She is a sister in Christ that's been through the thick and thin with me at FPC. We've laughed together, complained together, cried together, served together, sang together, danced together, prayed together, and grown together. We are each other's "mentos", and even in her busy schedule of work, coaching, tutor, family, church, and more work, she makes quality time for me so that we can continue to be an encouragement to each other. I will never forget one of our many trips to Yosemite where we experienced rain, thunder, and lighting in July (not to mention my survival mode brother). She will be my forever tent buddy and I'm so thankful she will be sharing in this forever moment with me.

James Kim

Groomsman

A family bond that will never break. Even being 1,200 miles away

Cathy Kim

Bridesmaid

Aletheia, Tattoos, Nertz Cathy is someone you can hear from a mile away. Her distinct voice and laughter is what sets her apart from the rest. Strangely enough I was a teacher on staff when she was a youth group student. She may look intense with her bajillion tattoos and piercings (well, she used to have quite a few piercings), but don't be deceived because she has one of the most caring hearts. Her competitive nature is also one of a kind. I will always remember our infamous game of Nertz. As she saw that she was going to lose, she did what any defeated person would do: she grabbed all the cards and tossed them in the air. I had a relentless friend who would never admit defeat, and I'm so thankful for that because I'll have this same friend with me as I walk down the aisle.

For all the days along the way
