The parking space is gravel, and the grass may be soft, so flat shoes or thick heels would be a safe choice of footwear. We will be facing West at sunset, so we would recommend bringing a pair of sunglasses, just in case. The ceremony will take place directly outside of the venue, in the grass, next to the pergola. It will start promptly at 5:30 p.m., so please plan accordingly to seat yourselves on time. Click the button to check out the venue:
The venue will be open following the ceremony, and guests may take this time to use the bathroom, consult the seating chart, visit the bar, and mingle among themselves. We will have an open bar and a charcuterie table. Grab a drink (or a few), your seats, and some appetizers as you prepare to welcome the newlyweds!
Come prepared to dance, party and have a fantastic time! As the evening goes on, it may get a little chilly, so consider bringing a jacket or wrap to stay warm in between dances. We'll be serving wood-fired pizza made in house, in a variety of recipes and toppings. Enjoy your dinner, served buffet-style, while watching our first dances and some toasts. Afterwards, dive into some delicious desserts in between dancing, singing, and celebrating with us til the wee hours of the morning.
The bride and groom will be camping out on location and they would be honored if you chose to do the same. There will be some late night snacks and special moments around the campfire as we wind down. There are 5 bathrooms on location to get ready for bed. The venue is covered and heated, with finished concrete floors on which you can feel free to set up a tent or roll out a sleeping bag. There is also ample space outside the venue to set up a tent the old-fashioned way, drive up an RV or camper, or even park your car and put down the seats for a snooze.
