Shannon met Natty 18 years ago on a campus tour on the first day of freshman orientation at Texas. They talked about music and Natty listed Matchbox Twenty as one of her favorite bands. They have been best friends ever since. She's always been the no-nonsense voice in Shannon's head who has ALWAYS been there -- be it roommate or 3,000 miles apart. <3

Josh and Frank met in the 2nd grade. They had a class project to do together so they met at Josh's house and had their mom's do it for them while they were in the basement playing on the computer. Nowadays, whenever they are together, one might assume that they never actually graduated from the 2nd grade.

Kayla and Shannon met at work in LA and became fast friends when they realized they could vent to each other with no judgement and plenty of advice. Kayla was the first person to know about Shannon's feelings for Frank and was there to encourage the relationship -- even though he was IN the industry! So what we're saying is, a lot of this is her fault!

Tim and Frank met while working at a bar in Pasadena in 2007. One night Tim got busy and decided to promote Frank from bar back to bartender, even though he absolutely did not have the authority to make such a decision. Frank saw instant loyalty and friendship in that moment and decided to make a lifelong friend out of Tim.
Karen Bove

Karen and Shannon met freshman year at UT and have been enjoying jello shots and baked goods together ever since! Karen is a happy little piece of home all the way out in LA who is always ready to see a movie, escape a room, or host a game night -- forever armed with a huge Karen smile and hug!
Eric McNeely

Around 2007 Frank was in the pool area of his apartment complex hanging in the sun, alone. Eric and his band came in to the pool area and Frank offered them beers and they talked music. Within days, Eric and Frank were grilling turkey dogs, playing Mario Kart and writing rap songs in Eric's apartment. The latter of which they still do to this day, only now the songs are way better.
Kamala Avila-Salmon

Shannon and Kamala met 13 years ago backstage at a Citizen Cope show in NYC after working together via email for over a year. It was an instant friendship that, to this day, is filled with laughter, learning and love -- usually experienced over plenty of wine, with a fabulous soundtrack to go with it!

Laci is one of Shannon's best friends and is quickly becoming one of Frank's! She went to Texas with Shannon and moved to Los Angeles last year -- we're pretty sure just to be closer to the couple! She is one of the most honest, funniest humans on the planet and we are honored to have her make this whole thing official.
