Do I need a passport?

Answer

No. When you travel to Puerto Rico, it's like going anywhere within the U.S. All you need is a driver's license or another valid form of photo ID. In fact, Puerto Rico is one of only two destinations in the Caribbean (the other is the U.S. Virgin Islands) that do not require U.S. citizens to carry a passport.

Temperatures throughout the year are warm to hot, averaging near 85 °F (29 °C) in lower elevations and 70 °F (21 °C) in the mountains. Average high temperatures in March are 85 °F and the low is 73 °F.

Beach chic. We want you to be fashionably comfortable. We also want you to be able to get your groove on when you're on the dance floor, so leave the uncomfortable shoes stateside! (-: Ladies: Think pretty, flowy dresses and comfy sandals or short strappy heels. Fellas think lightweight pants and shirt with no tie or linen suit.
