When will we be in Jamaica?

What are the official wedding dates?
Answer
Sandals has a 3 night minimum- Therefore our official dates are Thursday, July 9th to Saturday, July 11th. If you would like to come early, or stay late, we would absolutely love to have you, just please let me know ASAP

Can I book my own room on the Sandals website and be included in the wedding?
Answer
NOOOOO. Please do not do this. We know it looks great, and super cheap but we have a special rate and block within our wedding and unfortunately, none of those promos apply. If you are not included within our room block, you will be unable to attend wedding festivities. The room rate per night is $650. Once paid in full- I will need your Passport Name & Flight info to ensure you're registered with us. This must be at least 45 days in advance.

Can I book my own flights?

Absolutely. I will need everyone's flight information at least 45 days prior to the wedding as I have to send all the information into Sandals. This includes: Airline & Flight Number- As well as Arrival date/time and Departure date/ time. This will obviously help with transportation to the resort.

Do I need a passport?
Answer
YES and PLEASE NOTE-- it must be valid for up to 6 months after the trip in order to be admitted into the country. I will need to send in everyone's information 45 days in advance.

Is there insurance for my trip?
Answer
Yes. For adults, it is $140pp, for kids it is $120, as of now. Unfortunately, this is subject to change at anytime and is non-refundable. The insurance is through Tripmate. I have included the link below that will take you to the website where you can view the plan information. http://www.tripmate.com/wpF389u Another thing that must be completed at least 45 days in advance.

What rooms are part of the block?

We chose to make it easy & cheap for everyone--- We chose a type of room that makes it one simple price, per night, all inclusive. For an idea, if you go to the Sandals website- any room with the word "Luxury" in the title will be an option. Rooms will not be determined until you get to the resort. We can obviously make necessary accommodations for any who need, as far as first or second floor, kind of thing- just let me know & I will include in your booking. PLEASE NOTE- all rooms are double occupancy, king size beds only
