Browse local boutiques, enjoy cozy cafés and acclaimed restaurants, or stroll along the Potomac River. With its rich history and welcoming vibe, it’s the perfect place to enjoy some downtime. If you’re around Saturday morning, stop by Market Square for coffee and a pastry at the country’s oldest continuously-held farmers’ market. Plus, hop on the free King Street Trolley to easily get around and see all that Old Town has to offer.

It is a beautiful spot to soak up some history and enjoy the riverside scenery. Fun fact: Our wedding venue, River Farm, was originally part of Washington's Mount Vernon Estate.
