The Slate Hotel, Downtown Denver, Tapestry by Hilton

This is the hotel where we have reserved a room block for our guests. Click on the “view” button at the bottom for the booking link. You can book a room for anytime between 7/29-8/4. There is also the option to only book one night, for Friday 7/31, as the wedding will be in the morning on 8/1, so you would have time to fly out in the evening on the same day. We kindly ask that you do not book the king suite, as it is reserved for the grooms. There is a valet charge for parking, which is an unfortunate necessity in downtown Denver. But we do recommend that using ride share apps or car pooling with other guests can allow you to avoid this. Fun fact: The Slate Hotel is housed in an old school building, with many of the original features preserved, such as mailboxes and hinges, which have been turned into art installations throughout the building. There is also a small restaurant located in the hotel, and we both agree you have to try the fries! Lastly, it is steps away from a multitude of shops and restaurants, and an 11 minute drive from the Denver Botanic Gardens. To see more things to do near the hotel, see the "Things To Do" tab.

Train

Airport to Union Station

There is a train available that will take you from the airport to the beautiful Union Station. The hotel is then a short 8 minute drive from the train station. This offers a cheaper option compared to a rental car.

Rideshares Recommended

Due to limited parking at the venue, we recommend guests utilize a ride share app like Uber or Lyft. If you are staying at the Slate Hotel, it is only an 11 minute drive to the venue. There is some parking at the venue, but it fills quickly. There is extra parking along the streets lining the gardens, but we cannot guarantee any close parking spots will be available.
