Flight
The Charleston airport is serviced by all the major carriers (Delta, Southwest, American and United) and also has lower budget carriers such as Breeze and Allegiant. Breeze flies direct to/from CAK (Cleveland-Akron Airport).
Travel Note
We have secured two hotels for our room block - Moxy Charleston Downtown and Holiday Inn Charleston (US Highway 17 & I-526). Both hotel room blocks expire August 25, 2025 or when sold out. If the website notes it's sold out, contact Francine and she can request to add more rooms, if available. We are requesting guests to manage their transportation to the venue (either by uber/lyft, taxi, or personal vehicles). There will be transportation provided back to these hotels, individually. They will be clearly marked, but please make sure you double check you are on correct bus. Reminder, you can leave your cars at the venue but must be retrieved by 12pm noon the next day. Bus #1 and #2 will leave at 8:45 for both Moxy and Holiday Inn. Bus #1 and #2 will leave again for the hotels at 10:15. Bus #3 will leave at 10:15 for those who wish to continue the afterparty!

This hotel is located on the peninsula of Downtown Charleston. Please note - there is a $35/night parking fee associated with this hotel.
Hotel
This hotel is located in West Ashley and is closer to the venue and only a ten minute drive outside of downtown Charleston. There is no charge for parking. In the event you don't want to stay at the Holiday Inn, or the room block is sold out, there are many hotels surrounding this hotel, they just were not available for room blocks. Feel free to book on your own: Home2Suites West Ashley, Town & Country Inn and Suites, and TownePlace Suites Charleston West Ashley and you can still take advantage of the shuttles!
