Blue Haven - All Inclusive

Our wedding travel dates are June 4th-8th, 2026–the wedding is on Saturday, 6/6/26! Come as early as you want before the wedding! Stay as long as you want after the wedding! Once you have chosen your dates, you will see the three room types we have blocked out at a pre-discounted rate: Ocean Studio, One Bedroom Suite, 3 Bedroom Suite. ****Room reservations by attendees must be received on or before April 5, 2026, (the “Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, the Resort will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the H&F Wedding group rate after this date. You will not be guaranteed the discounted room rate after the Cut-Off-Date.***** Choose your room, secure your reservation either online or by calling in to the Resort, and get excited!!! *Note: Please consider bringing cash in small bills to tip the Blue Haven staff at meals, activities on the Resort, shuttle/transportation, check-in and departure times, and any other time in which the staff is helpful to you. They genuinely enjoy serving their guests and sincerely appreciate any tip (even small ones) you are willing to share with them. There is no ATM at the Resort. Thank you!

Travel Agent: Samantha Jones

Samantha Jones is our Agent/person of contact at Brentwood Travel. She can book flights for anyone to Turks and Caicos. As with many/most travel agencies, Brentwood Travel will charge $75 per ticket, but as consumers may/usually know, these agencies have the best knowledge and can offer better assistance if there are travel issues, ESPECIALLY, with international flights. Flight

Airport--Providenciales International Airport (PLS)

The airport to fly into is Providenciales International Airport (PLS). Depending on where you are flying from, there may be direct flights to PLS but most of us will have connecting flights through other airports in cities such as Miami, Chicago, and Charlotte. Make sure you double check all of your flight times to ensure you allow enough time between connecting flights to accommodate any flight delays. Enjoy your flight and safe travels!

Shuttle

Shuttle from Providenciales (PLS) Airport to Blue Haven Resort (and back!)

June 4, 2026 1:00 pm

*Turks and Caicos does not have Uber, Lyft or any like services.* They have taxi services that serve as the primary mode of transportation for most tourists (apart from rental cars). Viator is an app you can download in advance that will allow you to book a round-trip shuttle service from the airport to Blue Haven Resort on your arrival date and your return trip to the airport from Blue Haven Resort on your departure date. Howard and Francie successfully booked this service through Viator on their first trip to Blue Haven Resort for $80. That is: 2 adults, round trip airport shuttle service, transport to Blue Haven Resort from PLS airport on arrival date, pick up at Blue Haven Resort and transport to PLS airport on departure date, all costs together for $80. Viator was great about giving specific travel instructions and the airport representatives at PLS were great about connecting Howard and Francie directly with their shuttle taxi driver. Viator provides a receipt, confirmation number, and customer support through WhatsApp (you will want to download WhatsApp for communication on the Island as well if you do not already have it). Howard and Francie highly recommend booking your airport shuttle travel via Viator. Be sure to bring small cash to tip your shuttle driver and other airport staff who make your travel seamless in this regard! :)

Flight

Return Flight at Providenciales (PLS) Airport

Note: Leaving Blue Haven Resort 2 hours before flight time is plenty of time to drive there, check luggage, and get through security for most travelers. If you typically require more time or accommodations at airports, you may consider leaving more than two hours before your departing flight time. *PLS Airport will likely enforce its rules that passengers are not allowed to travel with more than one quart-sized clear bag of toiletries containing no bigger than 4 oz bottles in their carry-on bag on your return flight. Please be aware of this and pack your return luggage accordingly. The PLS Airport is small and very crowded on most return flights. Please be prepared to be patient (and creative with children) with waiting for your flight to board.

WhatsApp Communication App

The various people and businesses (taxis/shuttles etc.) in Turks and Caicos rely heavily on communication through WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a free app that is utilized for telephonic and texting capabilities, even and especially internationally. We highly recommend you download WhatsApp in advance of your travel to our wedding so that you will have a seamless (and free) experience communicating with local people and businesses on the Island (and with family members present with you in Turks and Caicos or back home in any other country).
