Our wedding will be held at the Poplars at Bearwallow Mountain, a secluded mountain retreat with gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our ceremony site sits directly on top of the Eastern Continental Divide. The reception will be held in the heated pavilion where we will celebrate with an evening of eating and dancing! Weather permitting, we'll have outdoor games and activities for everyone to enjoy. Event parking is available.

The dress code is formal. Please refer to our FAQs for more details on the dress code. We suggest you bring a jacket or cardigan sweater. North Carolina weather can be unpredictable! We're hoping for a gorgeous Spring day but it might be chilly. The ceremony will be held on grass. Consider wearing wedges, flats, or a block heel.
Please begin arriving at 4:30PM for our 5PM start time. Prepare for a windy road leading up to our venue.

We will be serving light bites during cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner. You know we're foodies, so expect lots of treats throughout the night! Coffee, Espresso, Lattes, and Hot Cider will be available in the evening.
