Getting from the Airport to the hotel / Tragitto aereoporto hotel

There is no public transport going from the airport to the hotel. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay. If you do not plan on doing so, please let us know and we will come pick you up at the airport. The drawback there is that the wedding venue is a few miles from any sort of public transportation, making it very hard for you to move around. Walking around is not practical either in this specific area. Please see "renting a car" section for some car rental options. Non c'è nessun tipo di mezzo di trasporto pubblico dall'aereoporto al'hotel. Consigliamo di prendere una macchina a noleggio o portarsi la propria macchina in traghetto. Se non riuscite ad avere una macchina fateci sapere, e cercheremo di venirvi a prendere all'aereoporto. In tal caso tenete in mente che sarà difficile muoversi dall'hotel, in quanto si trova in una zona relativamente rurale. Flight

Olbia Airport / Aeroporto di Olbia

The closest airport to the venue is the one in Olbia (OLB). It is about 40 minutes away by car. It is not a huge airport but it has many international flights. It is rather well connected to Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Milan, Rome, Bologna and more. Delta airlines will most likely offer a flight directly from JFK to OLB, that one might be the most convenient for people coming from the USA. We found it is best to reserve transoceanic flights 6 to 8 months in advance. L'aereoporto di Olbia (OLB) è il piu vicino alla location del matrimonio. The wedding venue is in a rather rural area of Sardinia. We strongly suggest you rent a car for the time of your stay. Please keep in mind that most cars are have a manual shift in Europe, please check the website specifically for automatic transmission if you are not comfortable driving stick. Example of rental websites: Europcar, Enterprise, Hertz, Sixt etc Important - if you want to drive in Europe make sure you contact one of the rental companies and ask them if they're ok with an American driver's license or if they need an international one. We have visited this hotel twice and it is very good. It is located 10 minutes (by car) from the wedding venue. Abbiamo visitato questo hotel 2 volte e ci è piaciuto. Si trova a 10 minuti di macchia dal luogo del matrimonio.
