When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by September 28th, 2025. To RSVP, please visit the ‘RSVP’ page on our website and fill out the online form. We look forward to celebrating with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will ensure arrival to the venue no later than 3 pm. If you plan to drive/uber separately, please aim for 3 pm latest as well - the ceremony will start promptly at 3:15 pm so please do not be tardy.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail attire! No tuxes necessary. We want everyone to look and feel good! The bridal party will be dressed in more earthy tones. Please do not wear white/light cream or white based dresses. ““Is this too white?” If you have to ask, the answer is yes and please do not wear it! Let me shine please&thanks :)” - the bride

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather pending) while the reception is indoors. It has been as low as 50 and as high as 81 during early November for the past few years. We will monitor it as the date gets closer but we think a light jacket will suffice if anything. Ladies, I recommend thicker heels vs stilettos or another thin heel option due to the terrain on the path to where the ceremony is held.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Shuttles will run once or twice from hotels to the venue between 2-3 pm, exact timing will be closer to the wedding and we will send texts day of. One shuttle will pick up from venue between 10-10:30 pm and go back to hotels. The other will leave at 10:45 pm for an after party at South Point Social (previously named Crows Nest) then continue to hotels.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at Camelot Meadows. Please be aware that the venue is down a dirt/rocky road - if you don't want to dirty your car, we will be providing transportation! They do not allow cars to be parked there overnight.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearers. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they’ll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

Question

It’s such a cute area! Could I book an Airbnb/VRBO instead?

Answer

Go for it if you want! Keep in mind that transportation will only be picking up and dropping off at the hotels.
