Camping at Horning's Hideout

There's a couple different ways you stay in Portland for our wedding! Our favorite: Horning's Hideout has campgrounds available walking distance of our wedding site. Campgrounds open to guests at 4pm on Thursday the 20th, and checkout is by 11am on Saturday the 22nd. There are tent/car sites, and few RV sites with hookups. Please RSVP if you would like to camp, and let us know what type of spot to hold for you. Portland has a couple camping gear rental companies for folks wishing to camp but need assistance getting gear to the area. If you have your own gear, but maybe need help with logistics getting it from the Bay Area to PDX, just reach out to Francesca and she's happy to connect you with a carpool! Keep in mind the celebrations have no end time. We can celebrate the night away as late as we want, and your campsite is just a quick walk away!

Camping Gear Rental

One of our favorite ways to stay in Oregon for our wedding is to camp at the wedding venue with us! We realize this can be logistically challenging for many of our guests who live out of state. Here is an option to rent camping gear "pods". These "pods" contain all the necessary camping gear for staying at the wedding venue campground. You can pick them up in Portland before you head to site. This will enable you to just stumble your way back to your tent during the night of the party, instead of figuring out how to get back to your hotel! Camping can be set up as early as 4pm Thursday 8/20, and you must be off property 8/22 by 11am.

Note about RV Campsites

If camping is a challenge but you are interested in staying on property for the festivities, there are a limited amount of trailer/RV hookups available. The greater Portland area has many camper/trailer/RV rental options that are quite affordable! If you are interested in this option, please tell Kyle and/or Francesca to reserve an RV spot for you. First come, first served.
