Call this number for any hotel related questions. (608-437-5200) Two shuttles will depart from this hotel to the venue on Friday - one at 3:45 and the second at 4:10. If you miss either shuttle you will need to drive over to The Eloise. Return shuttle service to hotel will begin at 8:30pm.

Hotel

Deer Valley Lodge

401 Industrial Drive, Barneveld, WI 53507

15-20 minutes away from The Eloise. We do have a room block here! You must call the Front Desk at 608-924-1600 and mention the Reukauf/Fracalossi wedding. Rooms booked online will not get Room Block Rate.

House Or Rental

Airbnb

There are also a few Airbnb options in the area for those who wish to have more space/homey vibes. We recommend staying in the Dodgeville, Mount Horeb, Verona, or Middleton areas for easy routes to the venue.

Flight

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

Madison is the closest airport to the venue & what Courtney and Mike fly into most. Airlines include Delta, American, United, and Frontier. It's only about a 40 minute Uber ride/drive to the GrandStay Hotel. Make sure to grab a drink at the airport bar - one of our favorite traveling activities!

Flight

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

Biggest airport in the state - which means more flight options! Mike & Courtney will fly into here sometimes :) Airlines include American, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Southwest, Spirit and United. MKE is about an hour and a half drive to GrandStay Hotel. (We recommend renting a car if flying into this airport)

Flight

Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD)

Best option if you're looking for a cheaper/direct flight - HOWEVER! It's about a 2-2.5 hour drive to GrandStay Hotel so you will definitely need to rent a car. If you've never been to Chicago, it could be a great way to check it off your bucket list!
