Wedding Party

Rachael Sondgerath

Best Woman

Rachael and I have been best friends for about 15 years. She immediately became the ying-to-my-yang. With her fierce loyalty and genuine warmth I am honored and blessed to call her my maid of honor. Even though she has seen me at my very lowest, her consistent love and understanding of me has never faltered. And now she will stand by my side at my very best.

Emily Rennhack

Best Woman

Emily and I met in 2012 at South Haven Nursing and Rehab. The way she makes people feel so appreciated and seen is what made me love her so much. She is the most dedicated Christian, wife, mother, and friend that I have ever met. I admire her in every meaning of the word. Emily is deeply caring, with a gift of making everyone around her feel valued and loved. She has protected me, loved me, and defended me even when I was incapable of doing those things for myself. I will forever be grateful for her and cherish our friendship.

Holly Aleman

Maid of Honor

Holly and I have been best friends since 2009. When Holly posted on Facebook looking for a friend to watch the Victoria Secret Fashion Show with. I responded to it, we watched it together and the rest has been history. I have since been in her wedding and she will stand by me at mine. Her kind spirit and fun loving nature makes her so easy to adore.

Kimberly Jones

Maid of Honor

Kim and I became best friends at Hollys bachelorette party in Nashville, 2019. We bonded over drinks, our social anxiety, and food poisoning. From the chaotic kayaking trips, to the Pokemon Go expeditions, and late night therapy sessions. If Kim and I are together I can count on laughing and feeling loved by her.

Miranda Simon

Maid of Honor

Miranda and I instantaneously became best friends while working at The Lodge. The ability we share of making each other laugh is unmatched. She is fiercely protective and loyal to the people she loves. Miranda and I also share a love for dogs, rollercoasters and adventure. I am so grateful to have her by my side.

Erik Triestram

Best Man

Erik and I have been friends for almost 25 years. Erik came from Pennsylvania when I was 16 and we became fast friends, bonding over music and his love for my Charlie the tuna shirt. Even after I left for Pittsburgh and the extensive traveling, we have always remained best friends and picked up right where we left off. I was honored to have been his best man, and am now honored he is mine.

Andy Truitt

Groomsman

Andy, "Tank", Truitt and I have been friends for the better part of 25 years! We always seemed to find our way into some trouble accompanied by Erik, and were pretty much the three amigos. From high school shenanigans, to punk rock shows and Warp Tours, our friendship has always been rooted in music. Andy and I lived together for a couple years before my travel days and I had the esteemed honor to be his best man when he married his best friend Heidi.

Matthew Watson

Groomsman

I had to pleasure of living with Watty for 11 years after moving back to Michigan, and when I lucked out and met Sierra. We have traveled all over together, from Dominican Republic, to Yankees games in NY, to late night runs to Chicago, and guys weekends in Arizona for the Waste Management Open. Whenever the Steelers and Patriots played you would find us in the stands of Hienze Field watching the game. We have been travel buddies for a long time, but he stands as one of my brothers in our wedding.

Brandon Wesley

Groomsman

Brandon and I met through mutual friends in the DJ community. He would play sets with Fenner and Manny, and was friends with Watty who I lived with. It'd didn't take long before we were throwing parties, playing cards, and eventually became roommates (with Matthew). From Ice Breakers in South Haven to the annual Waste Management trip to Arizona, we quickly became family and it's an honor to have him stand with Sierra and I.

Justin Simko

Groomsman

Justin and I clearly met as I am marrying his sister. After the last several years of bon fires, kayaking, late nights on the property and reminiscing over old music and new, I can say we would without a doubt would have been friends had we met earlier in life. I am blessed to be adding a brother into my family as dedicated, hard working, and humble as he is.
