High Bridge Trail State Park, Camp Paradise Entrance

The most famous High Bridge in Virginia is the majestic, half-mile-long railroad. The main structure spans 2,422 feet and boasts a fascinating history. Originally built in 1853, it was a pivotal site during the Civil War's Battle of High Bridge in April 1865. It was converted in 2012 into a spectacular pedestrian and equestrian crossing. (1h 11min)
