Are there any other wedding weekend events?

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses and dressy jumpsuits for women. Dark jackets and slacks for men (no tie required!)

Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Birchwood Room at Calamigos Ranch

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:30PM as the wedding ceremony will being promptly at 6PM

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will provide transportation to and from The Hyatt Regency Westlake to Calamigos Ranch (Birchwood Room). Please see our "Travel" section for more information. We recommend local guests to take the shuttle back to the Hyatt after the wedding as it may be hard to get an Uber/Lyft directly from Calamigos at the end of the night (cell service is VERY limited at the venue)

Note about the dinner style

In lieu of a sit down dinner, we will have a floating dinner reception. There will be a variety of hors d'oeuvres, entrees, and desserts throughout the event for you all to enjoy!

Should I rent a car?

Answer

We'll provide round trip transportation between the hotel and the wedding venue on Saturday, but if you are planning on exploring LA before/after the wedding a rental car may be worth getting (Uber and Lyft are an option, but wait times have been long recently).
