The Zola RSVP page isn't great. If you're having trouble RSVPing or you don't see your name, make sure you add your contact here and we'll get back to you ASAP: https://www.zola.com/addr/NxYRDr6Ea
Please RSVP for the festival. The wedding ceremony and welcome party have private RSVPs and a limited number of guests based on capacity. We wish we could have EVERYONE at our small ceremony, but it's impossible. So we're keeping that part small, and making the festival BIG.
Unfortunately, pets cannot come this weekend :-( We kindly ask you leave your furry friends home.
Hell ya! They're yours, so just keep track of 'em. And realize theres going to be loud music and all sorts of happy chaos.
We are going to have Gina's Food Truck. That food is for sale. Cash is king, but card is accepted. Lunch is at 12pm Dinner is at 5pm Also feel free to bring your own camp-style food. Or there's a few good restaurants in town (they aren't open late, mind you). We are going to put a ton of Basque chorizo on the grills in the morning and try to make breakfast happen for as many folks as we can.
There an Airstream provided by Lucas Huff with TONS of crazy cocktail, beer, and wine options. We'll supply as much booze as we can afford! But you'd be best off to bring what you enjoy and bring some to share. You can get beer and wine and liquor at the Raine's Market down the road.
There is the Raines Market Grocery Store right on the edge of town and less than a mile from the fair grounds. It's a pretty impressive market for the middle of nowhere, but it's probably not stocked with everything you're used to. They should have food and water and booze and ice and snacks and essentials. I wouldn't rely on it 100%, though. Bring the things you know you will want.
Think warm. It's cold in Eureka at night. It's 6,485ft above sea level in the high desert, and this is the September equinox for goodness sake. But here's a list in no particular order: Tent, shade structure, water, sleeping bags, pillows, lights, headlamp, cooler, sun screen, hats, camp chairs, table, camp stove, portable chargers, hand sanitizer, first aid kit, batteries, fan, music speaker, walkie talkies, outfits, food, handwarmers, whathaveyous. Coffee snacks? Furs, boots, blinky lights, gloves, socks, sun glasses... (I'll keep adding to this!)
Yes on bathrooms. We'll have portable restrooms around the fairgrounds. There are also a few permanent bathrooms on-site. Nothing too luxurious. No on showers. You're roughing it! Think Burning Man... There are plenty of low-water ways to freshen up and looks/smell your best!
