The Ceremony will start at 4pm, you should arrive at the venue around 3:30 to make sure you do not miss the ceremony.
Yes, we would like this event to be formal attire, men are asked to wear a suit or button down with dress pants, and women are asked to wear nice cocktail dress or pants suit. Please do not wear jeans and do not wear white.
We both love your little ones but this event will be a Adults Only event, please find adequate childcare for your children since they will be unable to attend.
Yes, our venue does have a parking lot, you will be able to park in the parking lot and have the opportunity to ride in a golf cart up to the ceremony site.
There is no direct transportation from your Hotels/Airbnbs to the venue for the ceremony. Please make sure that if you fly into New Bern/Raleigh/OAJ/Wilmington that you rent a car or give yourself enough time to take an Uber/Lift. You are more than welcome to carpool with others to and from the venue.
As we are trying to keep the wedding on the smaller side, all invitations will state all those invited, if you get a plus one it will be stated on your invitation and your RSVP.
The venue will be indoors and outdoors, the ceremony will be outside, the cocktail hour will be held outdoors under a covered patio, and the dinner/reception will be held indoors. The ceremony will be held on the grass, so please be cautious wearing heels.
