UPDATE: PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION For our guests, we have reserved two blocks of hotel rooms for the dates of July 10-12, 2026. Note: Dallas is serving as a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which runs from June 11 through July 19, 2026. Due to their proximity to the sporting event, hotels near our venue are exhibiting drastically inflated rates and limited availability. For this reason, we have selected two hotels that are located in Plano, approximately 32 miles from our venue. These hotels are within walking distance of each other and are conveniently located along the George Bush Turnpike. If interested in booking, please do so as soon as possible to secure your room at the group rate. These rooms are available at the group rate until the blocks are full, or until June 19, 2026, after which standard rates and availability will apply. If choosing to lodge elsewhere, please be aware of changes in price and availability that may occur during this season.

A complimentary charter bus service will be provided on the wedding day to shuttle attendees between the hotels and venue. All attendees are welcome to utilize the bus, including those that are not staying at the hotels. The bus schedule is as follows: 3:30 - 3:40pm -- Pick up at Hampton Inn & Suites 3:45 - 3:55pm -- Pick up at Home2 Suites 4:30pm -- Drop off at Ashton Gardens 10:00pm -- Pick up at Ashton Gardens 10:30pm -- Drop off at Home2 Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites
