There is a large parking lot at the venue with a paved walking path leading directly to the ceremony and reception spaces. Alternatively, you may use our complimentary charter bus service to travel between the designated hotels and venue. Please see the "Lodging" tab for details.

What's the dress code?

We kindly ask our guests to dress in semiformal attire. Appropriate options include cocktail or knee-length dresses, elegant midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt and tie are encouraged; a blazer or sport coat is welcome but optional. Dress shoes are recommended.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. However, the wedding party and the couple's immediate family should expect to have some photos taken outdoors.

North Texas in mid-July is typically very hot and sunny. However, the ceremony and reception will take place indoors and will offer a break from the heat.

While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to invite those listed on the invitations. If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, you are welcome to bring a date. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, there will be several kids at the wedding. However, we are only able to accommodate for those listed on the invitations. If your invitation is addressed to you and your family, you are welcome to bring your children. If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, you are welcome to bring a child as your guest. Dallas is serving as a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which runs from June 11 through July 19, 2026 and will attract a large influx of visitors to the Dallas area. This is having a major impact on the rates and availability of lodging in the surrounding areas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
