Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at The Springs Wedding Venue in Edmond, Oklahoma, located at 7479 W Simpson Road.

What time should you arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, and we ask that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to be seated comfortably. Please note that doors will close promptly at 4:00 PM, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the ceremony has begun.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you confirm your final RSVP by mid-February, approximately one month before the wedding.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by mid-February, about one month before the wedding, so we can plan accordingly!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from photography during the ceremony, though you're welcome to capture moments throughout the reception. We've hired professional photographers to document our day, which allows us to be fully present and savor every moment with our loved ones.

Can you bring your children?

Answer

We'd love to have your children celebrate with us! We do ask that if they become fussy during the ceremony, a parent step out with them briefly. Please note that alcohol will be served at the reception, so we appreciate your attention to supervision during that time.

You are welcome to bring a plus one! If your guest isn't already listed on your invitation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Yes, there will be parking available at The Springs in front of the reception hall and wedding chapel.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We haven't reserved a hotel block, so you're welcome to choose accommodations that work best for you. You'll find a curated list of nearby hotels on the Travel tab of our website to help with your search.

What are the food options?

We're delighted to serve our guests a dinner featuring brisket with an array of sides during the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies that require accommodation, please don't hesitate to reach out to Emily, and we'll be happy to ensure you have a wonderful meal.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception concludes at 8:00 PM. While we'd love to have you celebrate with us for the entire evening, please feel free to depart at any time that works for you. We do ask that if you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages, you arrange transportation home in advance.
