This is a semi-formal Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses, but please wear the color black.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The Ceremony will begin at 5:00. Please plan be at the venue seated by 4:45.

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes everyone is required to RSVP. If you are planning to attend, please RSVP or we will assume that you are not coming and we will plan accordingly.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you submit your RSVP via our wedding website. When you click on our wedding event you will prompted to enter your first and last name. In doing so, either acknowledge that you accept or decline.

RSVPs need to be completed by November 15th

Am I allowed to bring people with me to the wedding?

Answer

No. Do not show up with more people than you have rsvp for. We will only have seating available for those who rsvp.

This is an adult only event and we ask that you do not bring children.

Please only RSVP if you are for certain that you will attend the event.

Are we allowed to take photos or videos?

Answer

We welcome pictures and video during the cocktail hour and reception, but please do not take pictures or videos during the ceremony. When the ceremony begins we will request that all phones and cameras be put away.

Hotel Reservations/Room blocks?

Answer

Room blocks are being utilized through the wedding venue, Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump. Rooms are $139 per night. Hotel reservations must be made by November 15th at 5pm

How do I reserve a hotel room?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are currently registered at Target and also have money funds set up via this website

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Hilton has a parking garage beneath the venue. There is also valet parking available at the expense of the car owner.
