The love story of us isn’t your typical romance novelty story. We met in 2011 at a party on the campus of Norfolk State University and have pretty much been inseparable ever since. Together on that campus we built many memories that will keep us laughing and loving for many years to come. When we graduated we decided not to part ways, but instead to move in with each other and begin our adult journeys together. It has been very adventurous to say the least: from our first apartment , to career changes, to traveling out the country, to attending local and international festivals, and much more. Anyone who knows us, knows that we’re total opposite. One is loud and the other is quiet. One is the life of the party while the other prefers to sit back and observe. One is a fireball and the other is very chill and relaxed, but opposites attract and can create the most beautiful thing. We did just that, we created US. We love each other very much. Together we’ve learned so much about each other and we have brought out the best in each other. So now we’re here, engaged and ready to begin this new lifelong adventure with each other til death do us part.

Our wedding is on Sunday, December 16, 2018. We ask that our guest come dressed formally in ALL BLACK. The theme of our reception is a masquerade ball, so please feel free to wear your decorative masks. We respectfully wish for our ceremony to be unplugged meaning that no pictures or videos are to be captured during the time of our ceremony (No Phones). Our event is an adult only event. Enjoy the open bar, but please leave your kids at home. We have chosen to utilize the Hilton for our room blocks. If you plan to stay at The Hilton please be aware that reservations must be made by November 15th at 5pm. The Hilton is also the venue for the wedding ceremony and reception.
