Yes! We have reserved rooms at the Hyatt House Parsippany- East. You can find the link to our designated hotel block under our hotel and recommendation tab of our website. A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue for guests. Parking at the hotel is free. Complimentary breakfast is included for all guests. A restaurant is conveniently located within the hotel for guests' enjoyment. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, and pet-friendly accommodations. Following the wedding, a private bar will be reserved exclusively for our guests from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Please note that the after-party bar will be cash-only.
Our wedding will blend formal elegance with cozy, rustic fall charm, set against the stunning mountain lake backdrop. We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire that complements the natural beauty of the venue—think classic styles with warm, autumn-inspired tones like deep greens, burnt orange, golden yellows, and warm taupes. Ladies can wear floor-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans please!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We love your little ones, and while we’d love to have everyone celebrate with us, due to limited space, we’ve invited a few special children. If your children are included, you’ll see their names listed on your invitation and RSVP. For those not invited, we kindly encourage you to enjoy a well-deserved date night—relax and have fun while we celebrate together!

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and the venue, which we encourage you to use. However, if you are planning to drive to the venue, valet services are provided. Please note that Uber and Lyft are rare in the area surrounding the venue. If you are planning to use this means of transportation, we suggest scheduling a ride in advance to ensure the proper means of transportation will be available to you.
Dietary restrictions can be noted when you RSVP and select your meal option. Our venue will be providing a variety of food for the cocktail hour that will include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Kosher meals will also be available upon request.
Yes! Before dinner, during our reception, the venue's wait staff will confirm your meal choice. You are able to change your selected meal when you RSVP to any of the one meals provided on our menu during this time.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please plan to arrive around 5:00-5:15pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.
Yes! After the celebration, we’d love for you to join us at our designated hotel for the after-party. The bar will stay open until 2 AM, so feel free to come back, unwind, and keep the night going with the bride and groom. We can’t wait to celebrate with you even more!
