We’re Getting Married!

Anita and CJ's unique love story and journey to this very moment of matrimony could only have been ordered and planned by God. Thirteen years ago, in Chicago, Anita and CJ met for the first time at an exercise club. Anita hired CJ to be her personal trainer and then later promoted him to boyfriend. They got to know each other, but the timing just wasn't right, or to the plan, so they parted ways. ...PLANS TO PROSPER YOU AND NOT HARM YOU… Five years ago, with Anita now living in Los Angeles, they reconnected over social media and began to build a rich friendship with conversations going into the wee hours of the morning. They discovered all the values they shared, faith being foremost, and all their common interests. Six months after reconnecting, that friendship blossomed into more than they ever imagined or planned for themselves. They traveled to see each other, exploring new locations and creating shared experiences in places like Sedona, AZ; Dallas, TX; New Orleans, LA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; San Antonio, TX; Madison, WI; Breckinridge, CO; Toronto, Canada; Las Vegas, NV; Woodland Park, MI; San Diego, CA and Puerto Rico. They were both committed to building a deeper relationship and wanted to end their long distance dating. In 2019, Anita decided to relocate back to Chicago and they began building their lives together. ...PLANS TO GIVE YOU HOPE AND A FUTURE.. In April 2021, CJ and Anita were blessed with the birth of their son, Caden Edgar Moore. Six months prior to that with friends and family gathered for their gender reveal party, CJ asked for Anita's hand in marriage. As the plan would have it, Anita said "Yes!" and on July 31, 2022, in the heart of Chicago we’ll get to witness them become #ForeverMoore.
