Shuttle Transportation

Shuttle transportation will be available between the Hampton Inn & Suites–Sharon and the venue. The shuttle will run prior to the ceremony and will provide return trips to the hotel from 9:00–11:00 PM. Additional shuttle details, including departure times from the hotel to the ceremony, will be shared closer to the wedding day. Please check back for updates.

The hotel is located on PA-18 South (exit 4 B-Stay to the left at the fork) off I-80 and sits directly behind Park Inn by Radisson. The last day to reserve rooms under this block is May 19, 2026. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the hotel's regular rate. Rooms must be cancelled 24 hours before the day of arrival with a confirmation number to avoid a cancellation charge. Please note that check in is 3PM or later. Early check-ins may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.

For guests who prefer alternate accommodations, we recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sharon–Hermitage, located just one mile from the Hampton Inn & Suites–Sharon. While we do not have a hotel block at this location, it is a convenient nearby option. Please note that shuttle transportation will depart from the Hampton Inn & Suites–Sharon only; guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express are welcome to meet at the Hampton Inn to use the shuttle.
