Shuttle Transportation

Complimentary shuttle service will be available between the Hampton Inn & Suites Sharon and Turkey Run Hollow for any guests who wish to use it. To the Venue: The shuttle will arrive at the Hampton Inn at 2:30 PM for boarding and will depart promptly at 2:40 PM. Please note that this is the only scheduled shuttle trip to the venue. Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. Guests staying at nearby hotels, including the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sharon-Hermitage, are welcome to use the shuttle and should plan to board at the Hampton Inn. Guests who are not staying at a hotel are also welcome to park at the Hampton Inn and ride the shuttle to and from the venue. Return to the Hotel: Continuous shuttle service from the venue back to the Hampton Inn will be available beginning at 9:00 PM and will continue through the end of the reception at 11:00 PM.

The last day to reserve rooms under this block is May 19, 2026. Any rooms booked after this date will be at the hotel's regular rate. Rooms must be cancelled 24 hours before the day of arrival with a confirmation number to avoid a cancellation charge. Please note that check in is 3PM or later. Early check-ins may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.

For guests who prefer alternate accommodations, we recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sharon–Hermitage, located just one mile from the Hampton Inn & Suites–Sharon. While we do not have a hotel block at this location, it is a convenient nearby option. Please note that shuttle transportation will depart from the Hampton Inn & Suites–Sharon only; guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express are welcome to meet at the Hampton Inn to use the shuttle.
