We kindly ask that you RSVP by Sunday, April 26th so we can plan accordingly. You can RSVP by clicking the “RSVP” tab on our website or by scanning the QR code included with your invitation. Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation. From there, you’ll be able to respond for yourself and any guests included in your party. Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Turkey Run Hollow, located at 97 Oak Hill Road, West Middlesex, PA 16159. GPS should bring you directly to the venue. Once you arrive, please follow signage to the designated parking areas. The primary parking area is the large gravel lot next to the venue. From there, signs will guide you to the ceremony space. Golf carts will be available for guests who may need assistance. The ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered pavilion with ceiling fans. Cocktail hour will follow in a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the reception will be held inside a beautifully finished barn reception space on the property. In the event of inclement weather, accommodations will be made on-site.

Question

What time should I arrive and what is the wedding timeline?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and we kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 3:10 PM to allow time for parking and seating. Cocktail hour will follow shortly after the ceremony, giving guests time to mingle and enjoy drinks before the reception begins. The reception, including dinner and dancing, will begin at 5:15 PM and is expected to conclude around 10:45 PM. Please plan to park in designated areas only. The primary parking area is the large gravel lot next to the venue, and signage will be available to guide you. Golf carts will also be available for guests who may need assistance getting to the ceremony space.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We invite guests to wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. Midi or cocktail dresses, dressy skirts, or jumpsuits are great options for women. Men can wear dress shirts with slacks, with jackets and ties optional. Our ceremony and part of cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Please note that portions of the venue include grass and gravel pathways, so we recommend selecting footwear that is comfortable and suitable for these surfaces.

Question

Are there accommodations or hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! A room block has been reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites–Sharon, located just a short drive from the venue. We kindly recommend booking early, as rooms are limited. The deadline to reserve within our block is May 19, 2026. Please use group code GFW when booking. If you happen to miss the deadline, we encourage you to contact the hotel directly and mention our wedding—they may still be able to honor the discounted rate based on availability. For guests looking for additional options, we also recommend the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sharon–Hermitage, located about one mile away. Shuttle transportation will be available between the Hampton Inn & Suites–Sharon and the venue. Additional details can be found on the Travel page of our website. If you need further recommendations or assistance, please feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help! Please visit the Travel page of our website for full details, booking links, and additional information.

Question

Will there be shuttle transportation?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle transportation will be available between the Hampton Inn & Suites–Sharon and the venue. Please note that the shuttle will not stop at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The shuttle will run prior to the ceremony and will also provide return trips to the hotel throughout the evening. Additional details, including exact departure times, will be shared closer to the wedding day—please check back for updates. If you plan to drive to the venue, cars may be left overnight in the parking lot. However, all vehicles must be removed by 11:00 AM on Sunday, as this is strictly enforced by the venue. Please note that Uber and Lyft are extremely limited and unreliable in the area, so we strongly encourage guests to plan transportation in advance. For full shuttle details and updates, please visit the Travel page of our website—and be sure to check back for updated departure times!

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible, with paved ramps and walkways throughout. Restrooms are available on both floors of the venue, though elevator access is not available. Golf carts will also be available to assist guests who may need help getting to and from the ceremony space.

Question

Can dietary restrictions or allergies be accommodated?

Answer

Yes—this is important to us! Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when submitting your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate. If you have additional concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly so we can ensure you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Question

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes—we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and videography team, and we invite you to relax, be present, and enjoy the moment with us. After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception. We’ll also have a QR code available at the venue where you can easily share your photos and videos with us.

Question

Can I share photos on social media? Is there a hashtag?

Answer

Yes—we’d love to see your photos! Our wedding hashtag is #foreverforsythe2026 and will also be displayed at the venue for easy reference.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to host an adults-only celebration. We truly appreciate you making arrangements to join us.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are keeping our celebration intimate and are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If a guest has been included for you, it will be indicated on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding—it means so much to us!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! For those who have asked, we have created a registry available on our website under the “Registry” tab. If you wish to honor us with a gift, both registry items and other forms of gifting are welcome. A card box will be available at the reception for your convenience. We are truly grateful for your generosity and support—it means so much to us.
