When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you know you are able to come or not, we would love an RSVP! The deadline to let us know is August 5th. We will be unable to accommodate any late RSVPs.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we absolutely LOVE your kids! This is an adult only event. Children of immediate family only (if named on invitation). We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you’re down as a single guest, and would like to bring a plus one, please get a hold of the bride or groom to see if they are able to accommodate. We have had to cut our guest list due to the current environment and it was difficult for us. We ask you to RSVP on this website which will let you know if there is a guest option.

What Should I Wear? Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is mountain cocktail attire. If you need ideas, the colors for our wedding are delicate patterns. He should wear: Something slightly less formal than black tie. She should wear: A long dress, a dressy suit, or a cocktail dress.

What type of heels should I wear? Is there grass involved?

Answer

Yes! We recommend that ladies wear a chunkier heel, wedges or cowboy boots to keep from sinking in the grass!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early as we will start the ceremony promptly at 2:30pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Reach out to the bride or groom and we will get it figure it out.

Can I take/ post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! We do ask that you join us in our unplugged ceremony and let the photographer we have hand picked snap photos during that time. Afterwards, please feel free to share your photos and include #foreverflynn2021 so we can enjoy them with you!!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather this time of year rages from mid-60's to high 70's with the occasional rain cloud. Cocktail hour will be held outside (weather permitting) and reception will be held inside with plenty of sunlight and AC
