We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express on 10/12/2024, though you are welcome to book for Saturday night 10/11/25 as well. Shuttle service to/from the wedding will be provided. The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club & Spa

For those traveling locally or staying only one night (Oct 12), there is limited availability at the sister hotel of our venue. We do not have a block of rooms at the Inn, and you will have to call directly and make your own reservation. Shuttle service is complementary for those staying at the Inn.

Flight

Washington-Reagan National Airport (DCA) or Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport

For all guests flying to our wedding, we suggest flying into DCA or BWI airport, as these are geographically closest to the venue. Please note, there is no public transit from DCA or BWI to the venue. We do not suggest flying into Washington-Dulles (IAD) for this event.

Vacation Rentals/Airbnb

There are a handful of Airbnb's and Vacation Rentals available to rent on Kent Island and in nearby Arnold and Annapolis. For those choosing to go this route for their accommodations, shuttle service will not be provided to/from the wedding, so please plan accordingly.

We have secured a block of rooms at the Quality Inn for 10/11/2025 and 10/12/2025 - you can stay for one or both nights. **Transportation to and from the wedding will NOT be provided from this hotel.** You will be responsible for getting to and safely from the wedding (safely). Ubers may be scarce and/or expensive on the island at night, so please plan accordingly. This hotel is best suited for those planning in advance to drive (safely) to and from the wedding.
