FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kazmere Dean and Nnaemeka Anakwue
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding is a formal black tie affair. Men should wear suits and women should wear gowns and/or formal dresses. A jacket may be needed since our wedding is in the winter.

Question

Are children welcome to the wedding and reception cermonies?

Answer

While we truly love kids, we are unable to accomodate children for the ceremony and reception. Consider this event; a night off!!

Question

Can I bring an additional guest?

Answer

We are regrettably unable to extend an invitation to additional guests beyond the given RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Why is there a blend of two cultures for the wedding?

Answer

We believe in creating inclusive spaces and experiences. With that Emeka is a proud Igbo Nigerian man and there are customary traditions that occur during a wedding ceremony according to his tribe. While time will not allow us to honor the entire experience; we wanted to ensure the important components are incorporated into our special day. We hope guests will enjoy these traditions.

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 31, 2021

Question

Do I have to pay for parking?

Answer

Parking is complimentary at both event venues.

Question

What COVID precautions will you be following?

Answer

We are currently asking all of our guests to be fully vaccinated before attending our wedding. We are also asking guests to be prepared to wear masks and social distance when possible throughout the wedding. More COVID protocols will be detailed at a later date.

Question

Can I take pictures of the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is unplugged to preserve the intimacy of our ceremony and ensure our photographer can capture the best photos (we paid him a lot of money lol) . Our reception however is encouraged to be recorded and captured.
