Are masks required during the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We encourage all guests (vaccinated or unvaccinated) to wear a mask (except when eating & drinking) and to practice social distancing.

Is the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The wedding ceremony will be held behind the reception center. The venue address is available on the RSVP link and will be available on the formal invitation. The ceremony and reception will be indoors.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony begins at 3:00pm. Please plan to be seated prior to the start of the ceremony. Guests will not be able to enter once the ceremony begins.

Will there be a guest list?

Answer

Yes! If you received a RSVP link and did not respond or you did not receive a formal invitation, you will not have access to our wedding ceremony or reception. No exceptions.

Can I bring a guest to the wedding?

Answer

The invitee’s guest must be a significant other or spouse. No best friends or co-workers, please. If you received the RSVP link, you can email or text your guest’s full name & phone number.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

We adore kids, and we love yours kids too, but we want our wedding day to be your kid-free evening!

Can guests bring wedding gifts to the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a table for guests to leave their well wishes in a jar & to place their gifts for the bride & groom. If you would like to mail your gift, please email foreveragoodwin2022@gmail.com to receive our home address.

Will there be an open bar at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We encourage all guests to please drink responsibly! Police enforcement will be present due to the amount of guests we’re expecting to attend.

Are the hotels for traveling guests near the venue?

Answer

Yes! All of the hotels listed are within 1 to 7 miles from the venue! Visit the “Accommodations” page for more details.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free and available at the venue.

What is the RSVP Link? When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Our RSVP link is emailed, texted or direct messaged to the people we would like to attend our wedding. If you received a RSVP link, please complete the form to be added to our guest list. A formal invitation will follow closer to our wedding day. We hope you will respect our wishes as we DO NOT want our invitees to share or screenshot the RSVP link to others. All family members and friends will receive their own link to RSVP. THE LINK IS SENT TO THOSE WHO WE WISH TO ATTEND OUR WEDDING! The RSVP deadline is February 1, 2022. Thank you!
