What should I wear?

Answer

Attire: Beach Formal – Earthy, Harmonious & Elegant We invite our guests to dress in earth-inspired, harmonious tones that complement our coastal palette. Suggested colors: Sage green, eucalyptus, olive, muted moss, or warm sand. Please note: Ivory or white attire is reserved for the couple only (for all guests, female and male).

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, but due to limited space at our venue, all invitations are specifically addressed to the guests invited. At this time, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests or children. If you’d like to inquire about bringing a plus-one, please reach out to us directly. There will be a $150 guest fee to help cover the additional costs.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 5:00 PM. Parking is limited, and if the main lot fills up you’ll need to park in the overflow area a few minutes away and wait for a shuttle. To make sure you don’t miss the moment we say “I do,” please plan ahead. Our ceremony starts at 5:30 PM sharp!

How should we get there?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited. We encourage guests to carpool, Uber, rideshare, or use the Harbour House Courtesy Shuttle. Shuttle Details: • Reservations required (accepted no earlier than 48 hours before the event). • Guaranteed rides for all reserved guests. • Email: HHOShuttle@gmail.com • Text: 321-419-4422 (no calls, please) Include in your request: • Name of your group • Number of passengers • Pickup location • Contact number for text updates Shuttle Schedule: • Pickups begin 1 hour before ceremony time; last pickup 15 min before ceremony starts. • Break: Shuttle pauses during event. If needed during this time, please arrange an Uber or hotel shuttle. • Return rides: Begin 30 minutes before the event ends and run up to 45 minutes after. Pickup Locations (within 3 miles of venue): • Radisson Hotel Oceanfront • DoubleTree Suites Oceanfront • Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront • Crowne Plaza Oceanfront • Element Oceanfront • Local residences or nearby Airbnbs Please be ready and outside — the shuttle will wait a maximum of 3–5 minutes per stop. Overflow Parking: Only if directed by Harbour House staff. Use Tide & Tonic Restaurant lot (1940 Hwy A1A, about one block south). Please park in the back by the wall, not in the main parking area.
