Welcome Event

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Please join us poolside to welcome everyone to this celebratory weekend! We are hosting a welcome event at the KAPA Bar & Grill located at the Kapa Point near the 'Ohi Pool within the Wailea Beach Resort Marriott. We will have a private area reserved with staff serving complimentary adult beverages and pu pu platters. A pupu platter, is a tray of American Chinese or Hawaiian food consisting of an assortment of small meat and seafood appetizers, you silly.

Whale Watching and Cocktail Cruise

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Please join us for an adventurous evening on the Pacific Ocean whale watching and catching the beautiful Maui sunset hosted by Trilogy Excursions (https://sailtrilogy.com/). We will set sail on the Trilogy II 64' SeaRunner/Cutter Sailing Catamaran located in the Ma'alaea Harbor. Please visit https://youtu.be/NkxVumwogFE for a video of the vessel. Transportation Pickup Location: Outdoor lobby of Wailea Beach Resort Transportation Pickup Time: Departs 3pm Transportation will be provided to the marina from the resort. Please find Zack Morris (214-205-2599) who will be checking everyone onto the transportation. Please notify Zack if you will not be using the provided transportation. The tour includes OPEN BAR and the following menu items: - Fresh Island Vegetable Crudité Platter with A Maui Onion Dip - Chilled Shrimp Cocktail Platter - Teriyaki Chicken Skewers - Fresh Ahi Poke Cucumber Cups Topped with Wasabi Aioli - Pulled Pork Sliders on Taro Rolls - Brownies

Wedding

3:45 pm - 10:00 pm

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. The ceremony and dinner will be outside on grass, so maybe rethink those stilettos.

Transportation will pickup from the Wailea Beach Resort Marriott to take any and all guests to the wedding. Transportation will pickup all guests at 3:15pm from the resort. Transportation is also provided at the end of the event back to the Wailea Beach Resort Marriott. Parking is available, albeit limited, at the event location for those who wish to use their own means of transportation. We also recommend using a ride share service such as UBER or Lyft.
